All prescription weight loss medications supplied through our service require a valid prescription issued by a qualified, registered prescriber. Our prescribers will review your medical questionnaire before issuing any prescription.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. The decision to prescribe rests solely with our clinical team based on your individual circumstances and clinical need.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the medication, dose, and duration specified. You must not share, transfer, or misuse your prescription or any medication supplied.
Payment is required in full at the point of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely via our payment provider.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice. You will be charged the price confirmed at the time of your order.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will receive a full refund of any consultation or medication fees paid, minus any non-refundable administration charges clearly stated at the point of purchase.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to your nominated UK delivery address. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or tracked items where required.
We accept no liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via our website or by email.
Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations.
If your medication arrives damaged or is incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our service does not replace your regular GP or NHS healthcare provider. Information provided through our consultation process is for the purpose of supplying appropriate treatment and does not constitute a full medical examination.
You are advised to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service. If you experience any adverse effects, stop taking your medication and seek medical advice immediately. In an emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
